Through interviewing 7 people and collecting 31 survey responses, I was able to ascertain the painpoints and frustrations about staying close with LDRs. Behind every painpoint was an unmet need.

Next, I will explore possible design solutions.

This was my first independent UX research project. It is through this project that I've discovered one of my loves for UX - learning about people and their lives!
